We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our skincare product branch in Vientiane, Laos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the skincare or beauty industry and a proven track record in management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the branch
Manage and motivate a team of sales and customer service staff
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
Create the sales team
Make the business plan for the Laos market
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Prepare and present regular reports on sales and operations
Do the daily report to the Manager
Requirements:
Proven experience as a manager in the skincare or beauty industry
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Lao is a plus
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
